At My Print Pond we know just how important is it that print is delivered intact and on time. Orders will be ready to ship on or before the quoted turnaround time. Orders are processed on working days only. Printing turnaround will vary. As a guide only, the current medium turnaround time on most printing products is 7-10 business days and is calculated from receipt of payment and acceptance of the proof. This does not include delivery time. Exact delivery/times cannot be guaranteed. My Print Pond will supply the customer with a tracking number upon despatch of your order from our facilities. We use a courier for shipping all orders except when shipping to a P.O. Box (express post) Depending on the product ordered and its weight/value, the courier we use may vary. 

Please ensure you supply an address where someone will be available to take delivery and sign for your order. Failure to do so will require a redelivery fee of appoximately $25. Deliveries can be tracked through the designated delivery website. My Print Pond will not be held responsible for orders left unattended at the delivery destination due to the abscence of someone to sign and accept the order.

It is the customer's responsibility to allow plenty of time for preparing artwork, printing and delivery.

What if something goes wrong?

My Print Pond does everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. In the first instance you must contact us by email [email protected] detailing the damage. Please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose of the item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.
